For our Consultants in the development program, we provide rigorous training around the inner workings of AC Group. Afterward, Consultants apply what they’ve learned by working on high-volume, high-variety, real-life projects — setting them up to become best-in-class Consultants. After development program completion, Consultants are placed in a role that aligns with their strengths, interests and opportunities for growth.

We train our Engineers in web application frameworks, big data ecosystems, user interface design standards, administration of on-premises and cloud-based platforms and all the associated tools to make these areas work together. Engineers continue to iteratively learn through team rotations, leveraging a breadth of technologies. After completing the program, they are placed with a team, ready to write enterprise-level software or manage the platforms on which those solutions execute.

We take our Product & Design team members through an immersive training, introducing them to our Products and Programs, as well as our key Skills and Practices. They will be building on this introduction while refining their business acumen in the Retail and CPG industries. They then rotate through several role shadows to further develop their skills before settling into their first role.

Our semester-long Co-op Program provides valuable hands-on experience and an opportunity to immerse yourself in our unique culture. The co-op positions we offer vary across Engineering (Infrastructure & Cloud Technology and Software Engineering), Product & Design, Human Resources, Internal Communications, Campaign Management and Solutions Education.
