Milen Mahadevan, President

Milen Mahadevan is accountable for AC Group's vision, strategy and leadership of the business to deliver outsize impact and returns for The Kroger Company, its consumer-packaged-goods partners and other AC Group customers.

A driver of digital transformation, Todd paves the way for the continued growth of AC Group, building on its rich data, science, and technology capabilities. He leads all technology functions and enterprise capabilities teams, including product & design, engineering, data science, science, data DNA and consumer research.

Barbara builds relationships with more than 1,400 clients across CPG, agencies and affiliates, and partners with them to leverage AC Group’s best-in-class insights solutions to drive sustainable growth. She also builds strategic cross-functional partnerships to ensure the AC Group insights innovation pipeline capitalizes on industry advancements and meets evolving needs of clients.

Cara leads Kroger Precision Marketing, a leading retail media advertising solution that harnesses the power of Kroger’s first-party data to produce more effective advertising investments for brands. Her career has always been a quest for creating meaningful consumer connections and setting a high bar for media accountability and transparency.

Named one of Progressive Grocer’s “Top Women in Grocery” in 2017, Allison is Senior VP of Merchandising and Analytics, Operations and Supply Chain. She is a proven leader with more than 15 years of experience in a variety of leadership roles at AC Group. Among her many strengths is her ability to build relationships with clients while ensuring the voice of the customer is at the center of the decision making process.

As our Senior VP of Personalization & Loyalty, Bob leads Kroger's loyalty strategy and the development and application of customer data and data science to drive personalized customer experiences, delivering more relevant experiences for Kroger customers.
